Tourist Visa Requirements

​1. Valid passport 

  • Must have at least 6 months of validity & must contain at least 2 blank passport visa pages


​2. Complete online application -

      The Brazil Consulate requires this visa application be completed online and :

  • All questions must be answered. Leaving nothing Blank.  
    (only ecxception  is question realted to your name. Make sure to list your name as it appears in your passport.                                      example: your middle name section: leave blank if not reflected in your passport)

  • When signed, signature must be identical to signature in your current passport and must be inside signature

    box and must not touch any of lines. Visa will be rejected because of this


​3. One passport sized photo

     (2inch x 2inch, white background. Click here for samples of what photos will or will not be accepted​)


​4. Copy of flight itinerary  from airline or travel agency


​​5. Proof residence ​(NOTARIZED Copy of Drivers Lic. or State issued I.D)


​6. Consulate Fee :  Brazil Tourist Fee  $160.00​  

  • Brazil Consulate only accepts payment in form of U.S Postal Money Order ONLY
